VIETNAM MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING ASSOCIATION ESTABLISHMENT CONGRESS & ELECTION OF ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVE BOARD FOR THE FIRST TENURE (2009-2014)
At 8:00 AM on July 21st 2009, in Quoc Hoi Guest-House 165 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia st, Ward 7, District 3, HCM city, Vietnam Multi-Level Marketing Association establishment festival took place with the attendances of the 18 initial members of Association as Companies operating in MLM business. In the congress, organization committee declared the Decision 935/ QĐ-BNV on June 15th 2006 of Ministry of Interior on the affair of permission for establishing Vietnam Multi-Level Marketing Association and conducted election of Association Executive Board for the First Tenure (2009-2014). As a result, Mrs. Truong Thi Nhi, President of ATC was elected as the President of Vietnam Multi-Level Marketing Association 2009-2014 tenure; Mr. Vu Hong Thai – Director of Kim Do Joint Stock Company – Vice President & Association Secretary-General with the commissioners as Mrs. Tran Thi Thanh Huong – Director of Merro Trading Joint Stock Company and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kieu My – Director of Eternal Sunshine Trading-Service Limited Company. Operational Regulations and Directions of Association tenure I (2009-2014) was put forth, collected opinions of delegators, voted and approved through the Congress to create opportunities for Association to start its operation. Vietnam Multi-Level Marketing Association is a representative organization to protect eligible rights of MLM Companies as well as consumers in Vietnam and via Association, Managerial Mission of MLM business of Governmental Management Bodies will be significantly more convenient and closer.
