I was born and brought up in a family with the financial situation very difficult in a rural area of Hai Phong Port City. My parents had to work different jobs so that chidren can have good conditions to go to school. I did grasp hardship and misery of my parents, hence I constantly aspired to become a successful person in both my career and my life in order to support somewhat for my family.

In 1998, I arrived to Toronto from Vietnam. At that time, I was a new refugee who was surrounded by war, hunger and thirst, imprisonment and death before. In Toronto, at first, I worked at factory because I didn’t have any special skills or higher educational levels. I used to work with chemical substances, hence my skin was unhealthy and my joint was hurt frequently because I used to stand to work for long hours every day.

From Shoemaker to Forever Living Manager!

Twenty–two years ago I was just a simple, poor shoemaker in Montreal, Canada, earning minimum wage. I repaired ladies’ bags and shoes.

I did not have enough money to pay my bills and other expenses. I was living paycheck to-paycheck. Later in my life, I studied Computer Information Systems, earning my living for my three children and wife, but that did not solve my financial problems either.

I was born a grown in a poor farmer family in Ben Tre suburban. My childhood filled with strenuous and tiresome days. I didn’t have chance to play, fly kite in each evening like other friends in my hamlet simply because I was the big brother of my growing little siblings.
