As you know, FLP Viet Nam spent the milestone of nearly 9 years during its prolonged journey. The FLP products reached hands of millions of customers nationwide, open the business opportunity for hundreds of thousands of people. We can say that FLP Viet Nam gained the certain position in the current business environment with full of its competition, and became one of the leading Multi-level Marketing Companies which was highly appreciated by the local and central function authorities Because of its effort, FLP Viet Nam was deserved with the 3rd rank in the Asean region in the year 2010 and glorified in the recent Asean Rally. That achievement was summarized from the contribution of each member in the great family of ATC.
Contributing to that considerable success was mainly thanks to the whole of Distributors in the Mekong Delta region. Despite of the geography distance as well as the lack of conditions accessing the information, but all of you still determined to endeavour in their work and obtained the great deal of achievements in the FLP career. In the economic field, the Mekong Delta region is currently turning itself into its growth everyday. The condition of transportation and infrastructure developed greatly, hence promoted the growth of numerous leading local economies such as agricultural products, seafood, etc. Realizing the potential of the Mekong Delta region, as well as acknowledging the difficulties of the Distributors and the customers in approaching the products, therefore the board of Directors determined to set up the Can Tho Branch of ATC one year ago.
After 12 years of operation, the Branch achieved the absolute effectives, guaranteed the adequate and regular supply of products for the local Distributors and consumers, created the bridge between the Company and the Distributors in this region. However, the board of Directors seriously affirmed one thing that the Branch of ATC has not still promoted itself potential, there are still a lot of weaknesses which should be corrected. Based on the criteria of Company, the Branch played the role as a microcosm of the parent Company, which means it has fully functions like the main Company. Nevertheless, the Branch currently stops in the supply of products but do not greatly focus on the regular program of training, not to have the professional advisory group of products, may not be self-organizing the events and the activities of enhancing the spirit for the Distributors. “The leader is responsible for the fault of its staffs”, the board of Directors seriously agreed weaknesses of Can Tho Branch of ATC, and the Company will have the official meeting with the Director of Can Tho Branch of ATC aimed at adjusting better for its upcoming activities. Hope that the beloved members will continue to support and stand side by side together with the Can Tho Branch of ATC, contribute your point of view straightforwardly so that Can Tho Branch will operate effectively, because it is mainly the common home of all of you.
Dear all of you ! The time is not longer any more when our great family will celebrate jubilantly the 9th anniversary. For a lifetime, nine years is very young, but long enough for an enterprise to experience and prove its everlastingness and stability. The program of anniversary this year promises to have a lot of meaningful events for all of members. The standard of getting the tickets to participate in this meaningful program has been widely announced. I hope the Distributors in the Mekong Delta region will make the best use of this chance in order to reunite together with the Company and the friends throughout the Southern region, hence aim to exchange and share the precious experiences during the operation process of each of members. I hope to see all of you again in that happy day.
