As a traditional general rule, every year the big family of Aloe Trading Company has a chance to gather all the members of the whole country through the annual rally. Apart from meeting and exchanging experience after a year of building FLP career around the country, this is also an occasion to recognize the members’ achievements after the days of trials. The brightest stars of FLP Vietnam will be soon called their names in this rally. However, we, the board of directors, understand thoroughly that they have experienced so much difficulties and obstacles and exchanged their sweats and tears for making their dreams come true, they could stand on the stage as today. We really respect such zealous individuals, so we always take interest in them and reserve the worthy awards for them. In this solemn moment, on behalf of the board of directors of Forever Living Products USA and Aloe Trading Company, I respectfully congratulate you who gained high achievements in the past year, especially I congratulate Manager Dinh Van Binh, the excellent distributor who qualified the award of profit sharing program. I would like to wish you achieve higher successes in the future and use your award in the meaningful way. I also hope that more and more members will try your best to win such interesting rewards in next years. From successful examples as above, I hope you to understand that all your trials are acknowledged and rewarded worthily. From the successes in this day, I expect that you will go far and far in the next days.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

It is so quickly when FLP Vietnam has experienced its journey for nearly ten years. From a little house with first a few hundreds of members, up to now, FLP Vietnam has become a big family with 347,000 members. From the number of a few billions dongs in sales in the first year, now we reach over 350 billion dongs in annual average turnover, gained total turnover of 1,704 billion and 832 million dongs. The commission of distributors was around 8 billion dongs in the first year, now the company pays out over 150 billion dongs every year, gained 667 billon 767 million dongs in total. The payment to the State budget of the first year reached a few billion dongs, now the annual payment reached over 75 billion dongs, gained 361 billion 55 million dongs in total. The above numbers are not high compared with other many enterprises, but it is the pride of the individuals who have achieved a rise from ups and downs and who have overcome the most difficult time. Thanks to the contribution of hundreds of thousands of such members, FLP Vietnam could reach a position as today, which is not only in multi-level marketing business but also in the world when FLP Vietnam is highly evaluated by Forever Living Products, Inc. Although the background of domestic and international economy is still in difficulty, turnover and amount of distributors of FLP Vietnam still increase.

With that glory, as a member of global FLP big family, each of us has the right to be proud of and to hope about a bright future with a stable foundation. However, it is very easy for us to fall down when we stand on the top of glory without carefulness. It is so dangerous if we are so optimistic or rest on our laurels. Life is continuously changed, and the world is also varied daily. Therefore, you should always try your best so that you can keep with those changes. You have to learn and update newest information of general economic situation to make your own business plan, to improve and update the knowledge related to products and laws. And if you want to succeed in any business line, you should follow an immutable rule that is respect of customer’s interests. Customers are one of the most important foundations for our business, so you must make your prestige as your top principle. The existence and continuous development of Forever Living Products for past 33 years is also started from that principle. They have incessantly invested intelligence to study and bring high quality and useful products into the world. Every year they regularly produce new products to meet the needs of people’s health and beauty. All those are for their customers’ interests. Fortunately, we can enjoy the result of those humane and serious studies. Now your mission is that how you can help consumers to understand and use the products in the right way, help them to enjoy FLP products’ real value. With the true proofs in past years, I believe that you can do it.

To the company with the motto of “the distributors’ success is the company\s success”, we are really interested in the plan of assisting the distributors, especially the training. We admit that our company’ training is not enough and not meet the need of distributors who have increased very fast in the past time. Besides improving and finding out the new directions to support you, we promise to care more about the training, set up more practical training programs and facilitate you to learn more MLM knowledge from international professionals, with the hope that you can have more specialist knowledge for making your business more effective.
