At 14:00 PM on July 10th, 2010, at Rex Hall, Branch of Aloe Trading Company Limited – No. 19C, Cong Hoa str., ward 12, Tan Binh dist. The Leader of Executive Board of Vietnam Multi-level Marketing Association and its member companies had presided the meeting. The program had the attendance of Association’s Leader – Mr. Bach Van Mung, Chief Department of Competition Administration Department – Ministry of Industry and Trade, Mr. Nguyen Van Hau – Lawyer together with Vietnam Multi-level Marketing enterprises. It was the periodic meeting program aimed at discussing the control of deducting the bonus cost from Multi-level Marketing Companies paid for Distributors in Multi-level Marketing Industry which was based on the basic issues such as: what Multi-level Marketing was; the diagram of Multi-level Marketing and the diagram of reward; the right and the obligation of Multi-level Marketing enterprise, of distributor and consumer; as well as comparing the policy and the tax calculation way of the worldwide countries with Viet Nam for Multi-level Marketing model…Mrs. Truong Thi Nhi – Chairwoman of Association stated her aspiration in the upcoming time that Association would focus on supporting and enhancing the member enterprises’ capacity, step by step associate with enterprises operating in the same field as well as participate with the State Management Authorities to aim at creating the legal and equal environment of competitiveness. In addition, Association would actively set up and deploy the programs of operation and cooperation in the domestic market and step by step join the regional and international Multi-level Marketing Associations as well.
