Essentially started from the very difficult stage, President Truong Thi Nhi always deeply empathize their misery of poor people. To pursue the inner wishes of her mother before she pass away, Mrs. Nhi ever expresses special concerns to difficult circumstances in people lives, particularly to poor people.
