He simultaneously did note that: Despite the world and the nation overcame the crisis of economy and finance but Party Committee at all levels and authorities of Ben Tre province were not subjective; must maintain the argricultural battlefield as well as continue to boost the argricultural growth, the small scale industry, service and tourism; necessarily had the solution to constantly enhance the value of commodities especially comprising the imported ones in order to strengthen the competitiveness in the market.

Known that this construction with the scale of big project and its total length of 15.502 metres was built by the investor of Ben Tre Transportation Department. Institute of Southern Bridge Construction Technology implemented the design advisory. The accomplished construction will ensure to perfect in order to be the IV level delta street with its foundation of 9 metres in width as well as its plastic concrete street surface with 8 metres in width. The total investement capital of this construction was 260,1 billion VND from the source of government bonds.
